Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the business
• Budgeting and budgetary controls for all departments
• The purpose of this role is to drive excellence in commercial compliance as well as establish & ensure financial and commercial controls in plant
• Reviewing and operations of Finance, logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Production departments

Desired Candidate Profile

• Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share
• Reviewing and monitoring manufacturing profitability of the plant and product
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
• Supply chain management at the plant from inventory control to finished goods dispatches as per requirement
• Reviewing and operations of Finance, logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Production departments
